Faven AR is a Shopify app that automates accounts receivable for B2B/wholesale merchants: it creates invoices and statements from net-terms orders and sends overdue payment reminders.
On behalf of the merchant we process order data (totals, dates, order/invoice numbers) and limited contact data (the accounts-payable email used to send invoices and reminders). We process the minimum data needed to provide this service.
Solely to generate invoices/statements, track balances and aging, and send payment reminders for the merchant. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Data is stored in an access-controlled PostgreSQL database, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). Access is limited to what the service requires.
When a merchant uninstalls the app, or upon a shop/redact request, we delete that shop's data. Customer redaction requests remove data tied to that customer's email.
Database hosting (Neon) and transactional email delivery (the merchant's configured provider). Each processes data only to deliver the service.
